皮尔磁安全激光扫描仪PSENscan及压敏安全地毯PSENmat                                             

PSENscan安全激光扫描仪凭借275度的扫描角度和范围宽达5.5米的保护区，可实现二维区域监控。凭借警告区域和保护区域的自由配置，以及对环境的自适应能力，该扫描仪非常适合与各种应用进行集成。为了提高生产率，可同时监控三个独立区域，可设置最多70个可选择配置。按照主-从原则串联最多四个扫描仪意味着可以显著减少接线工作、调试成本和要求。集成的操作员显示屏可直接提供信息。可交换存储介质允许用户随时传输配置。

与小型可配置安全控制器PNOZmulti 2或控制器PSSuniversal相结合，用户将获得完整、经济的一站式解决方案。

PSENmat将压敏安全地毯与开关功能集成，该压敏安全地毯的功能不仅限于区域监控。PSENmat还具有操作功能，可以触发事先自由定义的操作，这是通过集成的虚拟开关实现的。

压敏安全地毯PSENmat可以为员工提供符合EN ISO 13856-1标准的压敏式安全防护。安全地毯能够检测到踏足其上的人员并准确记录人员位置，然后将位置数据转发到安全控制器。一旦有人进入危险区域，PSENmat会使机器减速或停止运行（进出保护）。当探测区域内有人时，压敏安全地毯也会阻止机器意外地重新启动（针对探测区域背后的侵入提供防护）。这种情况下的响应时间比较短，≤25毫秒

The safety laser scanner PSENscan provides two-dimensional area monitoring with an opening angle of 275 degrees and a protected field range of up to 5.5 metres. Thanks to the free configuration of warning fields and protected fields as well as adaptation to structural conditions, the scanner can be optimally integrated into the widest range of applications. To increase productivity, up to three separate zones can be monitored simultaneously and up to 70 selectable configurations can be set up. The series connection of up to four scanners according to the master-slave principle means that you can significantly reduce your cabling and setup costs and requirements. An integrated operator display provides information immediately. The exchangeable storage medium allows you to transfer your configuration at any time.

Combining with configurable small controllers PNOZmulti or controllers PSSuniversal gives you a cost-effective, complete, one-stop solution.                                                         

The PSENmat is a pressure-sensitive safety mat with integrated switch functionality. As such the pressure-sensitive safety mat is suitable for more than area monitoring. PSENmat also has an operating function, which triggers actions that can be freely defined in advance. This is enabled via an integrated virtual switch.

With the pressure-sensitive safety mat PSENmat you have a pressure-sensitive safeguard to protect workers in accordance with EN ISO 13856-1. The safety mat detects when people step on it, reliably records their position and forwards the position data to the safe controller. Should anyone enter the danger zone, PSENmat slows down or stops the machine (access protection). While there is anyone inside the detection zone, the pressure-sensitive safety mat also prevents the machine from restarting unintentionally (protection against encroachment behind the detection zone).The reaction time in this case is low, ≤ 25 milliseconds.
