自动送钉系统适用于自动化集成装配，基于机器人与自动送钉系统配合智能工具使用与整线PLC通信联锁的自动化集成设备，融入防错、检错的构造，满足工业生产中同一工位不同机型，多种规格螺栓装配的柔性生产特征。

自动送钉系统将螺钉自动输送至待拧紧点，避免人工拾取螺钉造成的用料错误。整套系统可配置螺钉通过传感器，螺钉到位传感器，机械限位开关，螺钉分配器等检知设备以达到多种规格的螺钉输送与错误螺钉剔除的功能。

机械装配是一个零部件管理复杂度比较高、管理精细度又比较强的作业。一款产品成0到1由大大小小数千个零件经过不同的工艺流程装配组成，企业需要精细化地管理每一个零部件，随时了解它们应该在什么时间被装配到产线上去，什么时间处于什么样的状态。

通过PIVOTWARE高级过程控制系统的使用，无论是何种零件的装配，其装配过程全部实现了数字化视觉智能引导，过程引导软件采用简单明了并可定制化的界面，便于后期工艺人员根据产品升级、换型进行编辑修改，同时提供装配过程的引导功能，可对拧紧点顺序进行精确控制，将工位待拧紧螺栓分布位置示意图在系统中显示，实时显示拧紧螺栓的位置，方便指导工人现场的安装和纠错，减少对新员工的培训时间。

An automatic integrated equipment based on robot and screwfeeder system, combined with smart assembly tools and communicates with PLC of the whole production line, which is integrated with these functions of error proofing, error detection to meet the flexible production for bolt assembly of different types or specifications bolts at the same station.

The automatic screw feeding system automatically conveys the screws to the tightening point to avoid picking wrong screws.The whole system can be equipped with screw detection equipment such as screw through sensor, screw in place sensor, mechanical limit switch, screw allocation structure, etc., to achieve the function of screw delivery and error screw removal for various screws.                                                                      

Mechanical assembly is a job with high management complexity. A product is composed of thousands of parts through different assembly processes. We need to manage each part in detail and know at any time when they should be assembled to the production line.

By the use of PIVOTWARE advanced process control system, irrespective of the kind of parts being assembled, the assembly process utilizes digital vision intelligent guidance. With a simple and customizable interface, the process-guidance software is convenient to use for personnel handling subsequent processes. They can edit and modify appropriate parameters in case of product upgrades and model changes. The system also guides the assembly process to precisely control the sequence of tightening points and displays the distribution diagram of the bolts to be tightened in the station. It can display the location of tightening bolts in real time to facilitate onsite installation and error correction by the workers, and can help reduce the training time for new employees. In addition, process information, result information and customized information can be clearly displayed on the software interface.
