MWCS2018 | 迅镭激光:志在投入智能化装备领域

迅镭激光在本届展会带来了公司几款高功率激光切割切管和焊接设备和自动化配套。集中体现了公司高功率和智能化装备的水平。激光设备是目前在金属金属加工加工方面最受欢迎的设备，应用领域也比较广泛，几乎覆盖了全部的加工制造业。比如：手机通讯、广告字牌、管材加工、厨具卫浴、钣金加工、眼镜钟表、电池行业、家用电器、电子元件、医疗器械、仪表阀门、汽摩配件、电机马达、五金制品、工具配件、净化环保、食品饮料、传感器、杯壶等行业。

QuickLaser has brought several high-power laser cutting,tube cutting ,welding -equipment and automatic matching in this exhibition. It embodies the level of high power and intelligent equipment. Laser equipment is currently the most popular metal processing equipment, the field of application is more extensive, almost covering the entire manufacturing industry. For example: mobile phone communications, billboards, pipe processing, Kitchenware and bathroom, sheet metal processing, glasses and watches, batteries industry, household appliances, electronic components, medical devices, instrument valves, automotive parts, motor motors, hardware products, tools and accessories, environmental protection, food and beverage, sensors, cups and kettles and other industries.

苏州迅镭激光科技有限公司技术部经理黄蛟先生重点介绍了他身后的设备——全自动激光切管机QL-FCT6020B。这台设备具备了多项公司全球首创的技术，包括：三卡盘、零尾料和多机并联。

Jiao Huang，Technical Manager of Suzhou Quick Laser introduced a machine behind of him in the picture—— Automatic loading & unloading tube laser cutting machine QL-FCT6020B, which combines several globally initiative technologies such as three chucks, null tail material and multimachine parallel.

迅镭激光近年来连续多年取得高速发展，是国内激光企业发展速度最快的激光公司之一。截止到目前，2018年迅镭激光上半年同期增长速度已经达到80%，高功率激光设备销售数量和金额也是全国前三的水平。Quick laser has achieved rapid development in recent years, and is ne of the fastest growing laser companies in China. Up to now, in the first half of the year 2018, the rate of increase in viscosity of Quick laser has reached 80%. The sales volume and amount of high-power laser equipment are also the first three levels in China.

迅镭激光一直在顺势发展，国家政策以及市场规律都是迅镭激光制定发展规划的重要参考。 “我们公司目前面向全国主要加工制造业城市，退出了智能共享云工厂项目，获得全国多个省市政府的欢迎和参与，提供土地和厂房使用权支持项目的开展。现在，迅镭激光最新的生产研发基地已经投产，采用工业互联网管理系统，加大智能化工厂的投入将会大幅度提升未来激光装备的产量和品质，也将会使更多的制造企业获得收益。”黄先生补充道。

Quick laser has been developing in the right direction. National policies and market rules are important references for the development planning of Quick laser. “At present, our company is facing the major processing and manufacturing cities in China, and has withdrawn from the Smart Shared Cloud Factory project. It has been welcomed and participated by many provincial and municipal governments in China to provide land and plant use rights support projects. Now, the latest R&D base of Quick laser has been put into production, the use of industrial Internet management system, increased investment in intelligent chemical plants will greatly improve the output and quality of laser equipment in the future, will also make more manufacturing enterprises profit. ”Mr. Huang noted.

当谈及未来有望拉动机床行业的领域会有哪些？黄先生表示：“高功率和智能化是激光行业发展趋势，迅镭激光在智能化装备领域的投入，将会成为未来竞争的核心。”

When talking about which application area will boost the market of machine tools? Mr.Huang said：“High power and intelligence are the development trend of laser industry. The investment of Quick laser in the field of intelligent equipment will be the core of future competition.”

黄先生说：“这是我们第五次参加工博会，这是行业盛会，汇聚全世界的激光装备厂家同台竞技。迅镭激光希望在这个平台上，与主要同行企业交流学习，共同提高激光应用装备的发展。”

Mr. Huang added：“This is our fifth time to participate in the Trade Fai r and this is the industry event, gathering the world's laser equipment manufacturers competing on the same stage. ”
