With a trio consisting of the shoulder milling cutter F4722, the face milling cutter F4723 and the Porcupine cutter F4726, WALTER is presenting three additional high-performance tools and thereby expanding the PCD standard programme even further. The shoulder milling and Porcupine cutters have a setting angle kappa of 90?the face milling cutter is available with 90 and 75. All milling cutters have brazed and precision-ground PCD cutting edges. The cutting edge geometries and tool bodies are suitable both for roughing as well as for finishing operations. The PCD cutting tool material and the high precision of the tools ensure mirror surfaces and high machining performance. All tools are pre- balanced to G 6.3 at n = 16,000 1/min.
