BLM GROUP signs agreement with Hypertherm Associates

BLM GROUP, a leader in tube processing, with an offer of cutting-edge technologies in the laser and tube bending systems sector, has signed an agreement with Hypertherm Associates, a leader firm in plasma and waterjet technologies.

The agreement will see Hypertherm Associates acquire a minority stake in BLM GROUP, bringing with it commercial synergies and expansion into new markets, which will initially focus on Europe and North America. The partnership will not affect BLM GROUP's organisational structure, which will continue to be helmed by the Colombo family, and the personnel of the production sites at Cantù and Levico Terme will also be kept on.
