力源液压是国内最早研发和制造高压柱塞泵/马达的企业之一，有着近60年液压元件研发及制造经验，在苏州和贵阳两地均有研发和生产基地，它是由中航力源液压股份有限公司和联德股份有限公司于2021年混合改制而成。

在接受采访时，营销总监姚维介绍说：“通过混合所有制改革，力源液压得到了资本和技术的双重支持，实现了多元化产品线的发展。近几年力源液压在工程机械和农业机械上均扩大了产品谱系，新投入的阀、减速机系列产品均已批量配套主机客户，在旋挖钻机、挖掘机等动力系统上可以提供系统解决方案；在前沿技术上力源液压也将数字化、智能化产品带到了此次展会。”

力源液压现有30多个系列/1000多型液压元件产品以及一支专业的技术、服务团队。无论是在广袤无垠的大地上，耕种繁忙的田野里，还是在车水马龙的城市内，塔吊林立的工地中，都是力源液压产品大展身手的舞台。在各类工程、工业和农业机械行业，都可以看到力源液压产品的身影。比如在近几年力源液压大力推广的旋挖钻机行业上，力源液压已在所有吨位及功能元件上批量应用，包括主泵、辅泵、油散泵、动力头马达、行走马达、回转马达、卷扬马达及主阀等。

过去的一年，行业整体形势还是比较严峻的，力源液压布局未来，在苦练基本功夯实基础的同时，多元化打造新的增长极，公司围绕“高压液压轴向柱塞泵、马达及液压阀”及“数字化控制”等方面开展了大量的研究与开发工作，不断提升正向设计能力，并在复杂严苛工况考核应用、新材料新工艺运用、产品可靠性提升和智能化控制创新、减振降噪、系统集成化应用等方面进行持续攻关。实现拳头产品在性能、可靠性和耐久性方面全面达到国际一流水平，并逐步构建纯国产化的高端液压零部件关键技术产业链体系。

弱周期形势下，市场销售增长乏力，行业进入瓶颈期。随着人口红利减弱、现代施工项目大型化以及全球工程机械新一轮产业变革的背景下，电动化、智能化、无人化已成为新趋势。大潮涌动之下，踏浪而行才能长存，随波逐流终将无成。

姚维表示认为这个时候可考虑往以下两点发展：第一是通过全球化布局，寻找新的市场增长点。经过多年的探索，主机企业已形成海外建设基地、本土优质服务、跨国兼并收购和全球产品研发的“四位一体”国际化发展模式。近一年行业数据也显示出口市场表现强劲。在存量时代下，我们也可以通过国际市场来平滑国内周期，等待强周期的到来。第二，工程机械行业必然会继续朝着数字化、智能化、绿色化转型发展，企业需紧跟主机更新换代的步伐，深入基础工艺研究，积极提升产品性能，为客户提供高效率低消耗的绿色化和数字化产品。

Liyuan Hydraulic:One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth

Liyuan Hydraulic is one of the earliest domestic enterprises to develop and manufacture high-pressure piston pumps/motors, with nearly 60 years of experience in hydraulic component R&D and manufacturing. There are two R&D centers and production bases in Suzhou and Guiyang, owned by AVIC Liyuan Hydraulic Co., Ltd. and Allied Co., Ltd. in 2021.

Liyuan Hydraulic is a company that specializes in hydraulic components and systems. It has received dual support for capital and technology after the reforming of mixed ownership, which has enabled it to develop diversified product lines. In recent years, Liyuan Hydraulic has expanded its product range in both mobile and agricultural machinery sectors. It has launched new valves and gearboxes that have been mass-produced for its host customers, and it can offer system solutions for power systems such as rotary drilling rigs and excavators. Liyuan Hydraulic has also brought intelligent and digital products to this exhibition, showcasing its cutting-edge technology, said Yao Wei, marketing director of Suzhou Liyuan Hydraulic.

Liyuan Hydraulic has built 30 series (total 1000) of hydraulic components, as well as a professional technical and service team. Its products can be seen in various mobile, industrial, and agricultural machinery industries, on the vast and boundless land, in the busy fields of farming, or in the bustling cities and towering construction sites. For example, in the rotary drilling rig that Liyuan Hydraulic has vigorously promoted in recent years, Liyuan products have been widely used in all tonnage and functional components, including main pumps, auxiliary pumps, oil dispersion pumps, power-head motors, walking motors, rotary motors, winch motors, and main valves.

In the past year, the overall situation in the industry has been quite tough. However, Liyuan Hydraulic has been practicing basic skills and consolidating the foundation, while diversifying its product lines and creating new growth poles for the future.

The company has conducted a lot of research and development work on "high-pressure hydraulic axial piston pumps, motors and hydraulic valves" and "digital control", continuously improving its forward design capabilities. These products have been applied in various areas, such as:

In a weak cyclical situation, market sales growth is sluggish, and the industry has entered a bottleneck period. Against the backdrop of a weakening population dividend (large-scale modern construction projects) and a new round of global industrial transformation (in construction machinery), electrification, intelligence, and unmanned technology have become new trends. To survive, one must step on the waves; to succeed, one must go against the current.

Yao Wei said, “I think we can develop towards the following two points at this time: Firstly, globalize the layout and seek new market growth points. After years of exploration, host companies have formed a 'four in one' international development model of overseas construction bases, local high-quality services, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and global product research and development. Industry data in the past year also shows strong performance in the export market. In the era of inventory, we can also smooth domestic cycles through the international market and wait for the arrival of strong cycles. Secondly, the construction machinery industry will inevitably continue to transform and develop towards digitization, intelligence, and greenery. Enterprises need to keep up with the pace of host updates, deepen basic process research, actively improve product performance, and provide customers with efficient and low consumption green and digital products.”
