SHANGHAI, CHINA – April 6, 2016 –The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) will bring its holistic plastics solutions to Chinaplas 2016, Asia’s biggest plastics and rubber trade fair, in Shanghai from April 25 to 28. Dow’s Performance Plastics showcase - themed “Delivering Solutions, Unlocking Opportunities” - will be located at booth J41 in Hall N2 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

This is the first accolade since the product was launched globally in October 2015.
Dow EE&T will showcase INTUNETM Polypropylene-based Olefin Block Copolymers (OBCs) at Chinaplas. INTUNE™ makes it possible to combine polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) to create innovative, highly differentiated polymer blends and multi-layer structures that are compatible with existing processing technology and provide the best benefits of each material. INTUNE is the second disruptive innovation made using Dow’s proprietary olefin block copolymer platform and was recently honored with the 43rd Kirkpatrick Chemical Engineering Achievement Award, a prestigious biennial recognition that honors the most noteworthy chemical-engineering technology commercialized anywhere in the world.
