百超：钣金加工自动线

本次展会，百超展出了一条典型的钣金加工自动线，主要包括料库、激光切割机、自动上下料以及机器人折弯单元，工作流程包括：料库上料：操作人员利用行车或叉车将原料运送至堆垛机上，堆垛机将板料运送入库。原料出库：电动原料台根据生产需求从料库中取出整包板料。上料：桁架机械手移动至激光上料区吸取板料，然后将板料送至激光切割机交换工作台，Z轴移至安全位置，激光切割机开始工作。下料：完成板料切割后，桁架机械手移至工作台上方，插齿工装将成品板料搬运到电动台车。分拣转运：人工清除废料后，电动台车将分拣码放好的切割件运送至折弯单元上料区域；自动折弯：机器人从电动台车上抓取切割件，按照设定的程序自动折弯，完成后码垛在下料托盘上。

Feibo: HALO & Single-cavity 3000W fiber laser & High power 14000W CW fiber laser
Feibo’s HALO & Single-cavity 3000W fiber laser is adopted with 50μm fiber and domestic initiative technology Halo. It increases the cutting speed on stainless steel sheet by 20%-50%, and it sharply improve the quality of cutting surface of thick carbon steel plate, e.g. roughness of cutting surface of 25mm carbon steel is lower than that cut by normal laser by 30% above. The laser is designed with single module, which brings higher reliability, smaller dimension and easier shipping and installation. Meanwhile, the laser is applied with Internet of Things to carry out remote detection, which can save maintenance time and after-sales cost.
High power 14000W CW fiber laser is designed with unique non-linear suppression technology, ECC technology, and consisted of modular units. These bring the laser advantages of compact structure, high system integration, high reliability and free maintenance. Continuously adjustable laser power and its 976nm bump source result in higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, better laser beam quality, and more laser stability.
